鋼纖維簡介

      鋼纖維常見的型號有：446#  430# 304#  310#。除446#之外，凡是以4字開頭的鋼纖維，都是不銹鋼纖維，因為它們有一個共同的特點，就是含有鉻(Cr)。 4字頭鋼纖維都含有耐蝕性貴金屬：鉻（Cr），因為Cr的強耐蝕性，所以廣泛被用于冶金行業，耐材行業，化工行業，被廣泛的鋼廠，冶金廠和化工廠所用。比如鋼廠的鋼水槽，電極，冶金廠的爐壁，爐門，爐頂封蓋等。

鋼纖維性能

      金林剛玉不銹鋼纖維是采用先進冶金工藝熔體快淬法，把耐熱不銹鋼熔體一次抽取而成，它與通常冶金工藝的鋼纖維相比，具有以下優點：

      1、工藝流程短，價格便宜。 

      2、快淬工藝使鋼纖維具有微晶結構，強度和韌性高。 

      3、纖維的橫截面呈不規則月牙形，表面自然粗糙，與耐火料基體結合力強。 

      4、有良好的高溫強度和高溫耐腐蝕性。

鋼纖維分類

      1、按外形劃分有:平直形鋼纖維(a)、壓棱形鋼纖維(b)、波形鋼纖維(c)、彎鉤形鋼纖維(de)、大頭形鋼纖維(f)、雙尖形鋼纖維(g)、集束鋼纖維(h)等等。

      2、按截面形狀劃分有:圓形(a)、矩形(b)、槽型(c)、不規則性(d)。

      3、按生產工藝劃分有:切斷鋼纖維(用細鋼絲切斷)，剪切鋼纖維(用薄鋼板、帶鋼剪切)，銑削型鋼纖維(用厚鋼板或鋼錠切削)，熔抽鋼纖維(用熔融鋼水抽制)。很有前途的是溶抽鋼纖維，價格非常低。

      4、按材質劃分有:普碳鋼纖維(抗拉強度一般在3002500MPa)，不銹鋼纖維(按材質有304,310,330,430,446等)，其他金屬纖維(鋁纖維、銅纖維、鈦纖維以及合金纖維)。

      5、按表面涂覆狀態劃分有:無涂覆層，表面涂環氧樹脂，鍍鋅等。工業上大量使用的是無涂覆層的普通鋼纖維。

      6、按施工工藝分類有:噴射用、澆注用。

      7、按直徑尺寸分類有:普通鋼纖維(直徑d>0.08mm)，超細鋼纖維(直徑d0.08mm)，超細鋼纖維主要用于增強塑料及石棉摩擦材料。
