防爆纖維簡介

      防爆纖維是防爆化學纖維的簡稱，纖維是以聚丙烯為原材料，通過特殊工藝制造而成的，具有抗拉申、耐沖擊、提高整體強度；疏水、排氣、防龜裂、防爆裂；縮短烘烤周期、簡化升溫過程，提高整體使用壽命的一種特殊纖維。在定型與不定型耐火材料烘焙干燥過程中，為了便于水蒸氣壓力從砌體中得到及時釋放，防止砌體的爆裂而加入澆注料中的一種用添加劑。

      纖維的作用機理在于十分均勻亂向分布在砌體中，形成由內及外，由上至下的網絡體系，隨著烘焙溫度的提高，它開始軟化、收縮、熔化， 形成氣孔，原有的網絡體系變成了類似人體的汗毛排汗體系。將烘焙過程中產生的水氣壓力及時排出。而關鍵的纖維與纖維之間的搭橋聯接、排氣孔徑的大小，纖維在砌體中分散程度決定了砌體中排壓的效果。

      金林防爆纖維有兩種：軟化點80與110，熔化點100與150。纖維加入耐火材料或建筑混凝土、灌漿料、工業地坪、干粉砂漿肌體中可有效縮短烘干時間，并且防爆纖維可以提高材料的整體抗折與耐壓強度等性能，迅速排出水蒸汽降低內應力、防止爆裂、龜裂現象的發生。

      金林防爆纖維具有棧積比重小、分散性好、無燒結、無并絲、殘留少、使用效果佳等特點，是各種不定型耐火材料新型防爆劑，尤其適用于高強快干不定型耐火材料。

      1、抗拉申、耐沖擊、提高整體強度。

      2、疏水、排氣、防龜裂、防爆裂。

      3、縮短烘烤周期、簡化升溫過程，提高整體使用壽命。

防爆纖維使用方法

      1、摻量范圍：0.6-1.8kg/m3，混凝土抗裂防滲建議摻量0.9kg/m3。

      2、長度選擇：砂漿建議用6-8mm，混凝土建議用12-19mm。

      3、將粗細集料連同纖維一起加入攪拌機加水攪拌，適當延長時間使纖維在混凝土中均勻分散。

防爆纖維用途

      1、混凝土剛性自防水結構、地下室底板、側墻、頂板及屋面樓板、水池等。

      2、水泥砂漿、干粉砂漿、保溫砂漿、抗裂砂漿、內外墻抹灰砂漿等。

      3、抗裂、抗沖擊、抗磨損、抗震等要求的場合。

      4、橋面、橋墩、港口碼頭、水利工程等。適用于各種散狀材料如涂抹料、澆注料等不定形耐火材料，應用效果尤為顯著。

防爆纖維運輸儲存須知

      運輸與裝卸：在運輸過程中，不得用鐵鉤拖拽，應防止與堅硬物質混裝，不可強烈振動、磨擦、踩、砸，嚴禁拋擲，應輕裝輕卸，以減少包裝破碎，影響使用。

      儲存：應儲存于陰涼干燥處，防止內外包裝袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空氣中其它物質，影響使用效果。嚴禁與有毒有害氣體或易揮發物質混放，存放要遠離污染源。
