無(wú)煙煤簡(jiǎn)介

    金林無(wú)煙煤外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，抗壓性能好，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無(wú)煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(>50)，有較高的含污能力，因質(zhì)輕，所需反沖洗強(qiáng)度較低，可節(jié)省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

    金林無(wú)煙煤固定碳含量高，揮發(fā)分產(chǎn)率低，密度大，硬度大，燃點(diǎn)高，燃燒時(shí)不冒煙。黑色堅(jiān)硬，有金屬光澤。以脂摩擦不致染污，斷口成貝殼狀，燃燒時(shí)火焰短而少煙。不結(jié)焦。一般含碳量在90以上，揮發(fā)物在10以下。無(wú)膠質(zhì)層厚度。熱值約7000-8000千卡/公斤。有時(shí)把揮發(fā)物含量特大的稱做半無(wú)煙煤；特小的稱做高無(wú)煙煤。無(wú)煙煤按種類分為：粉煤、12塊煤、25塊煤、38塊煤、中炭以及大炭，可根據(jù)客戶不同鍋爐、不同使用方法為客戶推薦即適用又減少成本的種類。

    無(wú)煙煤濾料采用無(wú)煙煤為原料，經(jīng)精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，抗壓性能好，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無(wú)煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50)，有較高的含污能力，水中之微細(xì)懸浮固粒經(jīng)加藥絮凝后，由無(wú)煙煤濾材加以濾除。因質(zhì)輕，所需反沖洗強(qiáng)度較低，可節(jié)省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

無(wú)煙煤指標(biāo)

無(wú)煙煤特點(diǎn)

      1、黑色堅(jiān)硬，有金屬光澤。

      2、發(fā)熱量大，燃點(diǎn)高，熱穩(wěn)定性好燃燒時(shí)無(wú)煙。

      3、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度大，密度大，硬度大，低硫、低灰、低揮發(fā)分。

      4、固定碳含量高、化學(xué)活性高、灰熔點(diǎn)高、產(chǎn)塊率高、揮發(fā)分產(chǎn)率低。

無(wú)煙煤用途

      1、發(fā)電用煤:我國(guó)約1/3以上的煤用來(lái)發(fā)電，目前平均發(fā)電耗煤為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤370g/(kW·h)左右。電廠利用煤的熱值，把熱能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娔堋?/span>

      2、蒸汽機(jī)車用煤:占動(dòng)力用煤2左右，蒸汽機(jī)車鍋爐平均耗煤指標(biāo)為100kg/(萬(wàn)噸·km)左右。

      3、建材用煤:約占動(dòng)力用煤的l0以上，以水泥用煤量 ，其次為玻璃、磚、瓦等。

      4、一般工業(yè)鍋爐用煤:除熱電廠及大型供熱鍋爐外，一般企業(yè)及取暖用的工業(yè)鍋爐型號(hào)繁多，數(shù)量大且分散，用煤量約占動(dòng)力煤的30。

      5、生活用煤:生活用煤的數(shù)量也較大，約占燃料用煤的20。

      6、冶金用動(dòng)力煤:冶金用動(dòng)力煤主要為燒結(jié)和高爐噴吹用無(wú)煙煤，其用量不到動(dòng)力用煤量的1。

      金林無(wú)煙煤濾料用于生括給水及工業(yè)給水的過(guò)濾凈化處理。實(shí)用于一般的酸、中、堿性水的凈化處理，是雙層、三層濾池中不可缺少的凈水材料。廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產(chǎn)前后的水質(zhì)處理過(guò)程中。
