高鋁水泥簡介

      高鋁水泥又稱為礬土水泥，耐火水泥，鋁酸鹽水泥，統稱為鋁酸鹽水泥，是以鋁礬土和石灰石為原料，經煅燒制得的以鋁酸鈣為主要成分、氧化鋁含量約50的熟料，再磨制成的水硬性膠凝材料，高鋁水泥常為黃或褐色，也有呈灰色的。

高鋁水泥特點

      1、細度：水泥顆粒越細，比表面積越大，水化反應越快越充分，早期和后期強度都較高。國家規定：比表面積應大于300平方米/千克，否則為不合格。

      2、凝結時間：為保證在施工時有充足的時間來完成攪拌、運輸、成型等各種工藝，水泥的初凝時間不宜酞短；施工完畢后，希望水泥能盡快硬化，產生強度，所以終凝時間不宜酞長。硅酸鹽水泥的初凝時間不得早于45分鐘，終凝時間不得遲于390分鐘。

      3、體積安定性：水泥漿體在凝結硬化過程中體積變化的均勻性稱為水泥的體積安定性。如體積變化不均勻即體積安定性不良，容易產生翹曲和開裂，降低工程質量甚至出現事故。

      4、抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能強：水化過程不析出游離氫氧化鈣而是生成氫氧化鋁凝膠，在顆粒表面形成保護膜，在后期晶體轉化過程中抗侵蝕性有所降低。

      5、耐高溫性好：高鋁水泥可作為耐熱混凝土的膠結材料，配置成耐熱混凝土。

高鋁水泥應用

      金林高鋁水泥又稱為鋁酸鹽水泥，耐火水泥，相當于625#水泥，因其具有優良的快凝，高強，耐高溫之特點， 強度可達80，耐火度可達1450度，耐火混凝土強度可達55MPa，是工業窯爐工程中 的高溫結合劑材料之一。

      1、配制不定形耐火材料。

      2、配制石膏礬土膨脹水泥、自應力水泥等特殊用途的水泥。

      3、搶建、搶修、抗硫酸鹽侵蝕和冬季施工等特殊需要的工程。

高鋁水泥包裝及運輸

      1、包裝袋為防潮袋，每袋重50kg（也可按客戶要求包裝）。

      2、運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物。

      3、水泥在運輸與存儲時，不得受潮和混入雜物，不得與其他品種水泥混合存放。

      4、運輸方式根據客戶需求安排。
