本機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，送料系統(tǒng)采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)和伺服電機(jī)控制，具有速度快，精度高的特性；焊接系統(tǒng)采用單片機(jī)集成電路控制至系統(tǒng)，焊接系統(tǒng)采用雙向可控硅控制等先進(jìn)技術(shù)，從而更能電流輸出更為平穩(wěn)，并采用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，高導(dǎo)電磁材料制作，致使設(shè)備在空載時(shí)損耗低，功率輸出更強(qiáng)勁，穩(wěn)定壽命更長(zhǎng)。

將焊接好的內(nèi)圈放入夾具模具中，再將鐵線整卷放入鐵線架上，取一頭線頭穿入彎型機(jī)的孔位上，按加工產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格設(shè)置好線長(zhǎng)度、條數(shù)、折彎弧度、產(chǎn)品數(shù)量（可設(shè)可不設(shè)），開啟開關(guān)彎型機(jī)可一次性自動(dòng)完成線材調(diào)直、焊接、切斷線材、折彎四個(gè)工藝，省去了傳統(tǒng)制作工藝的調(diào)直機(jī)調(diào)直切斷線材、單點(diǎn)機(jī)焊接及液壓壓型的三個(gè)繁鎖工藝。

本設(shè)備操作簡(jiǎn)易，調(diào)試簡(jiǎn)易，此機(jī)還可當(dāng)作線材調(diào)直機(jī)用，一機(jī)多功能，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
