生產水泥大瓦機 自動制瓦機 出口型纖維水泥波瓦生產線
新型水泥石棉瓦設計合理、工藝、套機器配備了密電子監控儀，信號傳遞限位自動輸送、壓波成型、自動化程度高，運轉穩定，產品合格率高。是理想的纖維水泥波瓦生產線。
1、抄取機：把原漿中的水份分離并同時把漿料送到打布器脫水，然后成坯（線速24m/min）。
2、打布器：用于漿料再次脫去多余水份，同時把脫料后毛布表面的雜質清洗掉。
3、成坯機：把從成坯機上脫下來的毛坯瓦送至直壓機（轉速60r/min）。
4、接坯機：把從成坯機上脫下來的毛坯瓦送至直壓機（線速16m/min）。
5、直壓機：把石棉瓦毛坯壓制成型（線速20m/min）。
6、扣壓機：把壓制成型后的石棉瓦加壓成型（線速12m/min）。
7、切邊機：要據客戶需求把成型后的瓦毛邊切去（線速6m/min）。
8、吸瓦機：把制作后的瓦堆起來（線速6m/min）。
9、攪拌機：把按比例配好的原料加水后充分攪拌。
10、風機：和吸瓦機配合，給吸瓦機提供氣流。
11、真空機：和打布器配合吸干毛布中的水份。
12、氣水分離：分離水的容器（容量2m3）。
13、輸送機：運輸石棉瓦用長度10m（線速24m/min）。
SMW160--80型水泥石棉瓦成套生產線是制造波形水泥石棉瓦的理想生產設備，該設備采用流水線生產作業，自動化程度高，操作簡單。條生產線長48米，寬3.2米，高2.8米，需要15名工人操作，總功率76千瓦，每天（24小時）可以生產4000-4500片石棉瓦，年產量在100萬片左右。
生產線需要建一個長55米，寬10米，高5米的生產車間，廠房面積不低于600平米。
