鋁塑分離設備工藝流程

破碎機：把鋁塑材料進行破碎，破碎到一公分大小

自動喂料機：把破碎后的物料經(jīng)輸送送入自動喂料機，然后能均勻的供料

磨粉機：把進入磨粉機的鋁塑料進行研磨，使鋁和塑料研磨分離

引風機：把生產(chǎn)過程中所產(chǎn)生的粉塵進行收集

集料器：把粉塵收集和排放

空氣凈化器：把生產(chǎn)過程中的所產(chǎn)生煙塵進行凈化

鋁塑分離機特點
1、廢舊鋁塑分離機(鋁塑分離機)可徹底將鋁和塑料分離，并且達到綜合利用目的，具有較高的經(jīng)濟效益。而且無灰塵無二次污染.

電路板分離設備工藝流程

1、電路板破碎機：把光板進行破碎，破碎至2-3公分。

2、電路板粉碎機：把破碎后的電路板進行粉碎，粉碎至20目左右。

3、分析機：把粉碎后的料進行風選，把樹脂、銅和粉塵、纖維進行分離，粉塵和纖維被引風機吸入集料器，樹脂和銅進入分級篩。

4、集料器：把粉塵與纖維進行收集，收集后的纖維進行排放。

5、脈沖凈化器：把破碎過程中所產(chǎn)生的粉塵，超細纖維進行收集。

6、分級篩：把樹脂和銅進行篩選，沒有分離開的樹脂和銅返回主機再粉碎，分離開的樹脂和銅進入比重分選機進行分選。

7、比重分選：把樹脂粉和銅進行比重分選，由于銅的重量大于樹脂的重量，銅會分選到一邊，樹脂分選到另一邊。這樣達到金屬與非金屬分離。這是目前國內(nèi)的一種技術，能把金屬分選效果達到99以上。

8、高壓靜電分選：把經(jīng)過比重分選機的尾料再進行高壓靜電分選，使尾料中所含的小粒銅粉和樹脂分離（高壓靜電分選原理為：把輸入的電源經(jīng)變壓器調整到10萬伏的高壓，形成高壓磁場，對導電的金屬有吸附的效果，這樣達到金屬與非金屬分離了）
