瀝青球介紹
寧夏碧源瀝青球?qū)儆诟邷孛簽r青的一種，是用煤焦油瀝青經(jīng)加熱溶解、噴淋、冷卻成型工藝而制成。瀝青分為煤焦油瀝青和石油瀝青兩大類，耐火材料用瀝青結(jié)合劑主要是煤焦油瀝青。將試驗(yàn)用原料瀝青加入瀝青溶解釜中加熱溶解，同時(shí)接通電熱圈電源，液態(tài)瀝青即從噴嘴噴出，由空氣霧化成細(xì)小顆粒，瀝青顆粒在冷卻塔內(nèi)用空氣自然冷卻成半成品，由冷卻塔底送入三次元振動(dòng)篩分過濾機(jī)分 ，即得符合要求的球狀瀝青產(chǎn)品。
瀝青球特點(diǎn)
瀝青球具有固定碳，甲苯不溶物，樹脂含量高，灰分低等特點(diǎn)；軟化點(diǎn)110℃，結(jié)焦值58%，灰分0.3%，揮發(fā)分57% ,碳45%。球狀瀝青產(chǎn)品有：高溫瀝青，高溫球狀瀝青，超高溫瀝青(軟化點(diǎn) > 180度)，改質(zhì)瀝青、軟瀝青等系列煤瀝青產(chǎn)品 ，用于生產(chǎn)鐵溝料，搗打料，補(bǔ)爐料，炮泥，以及鎂碳磚，以及其它耐火材料等。

瀝青球用途
瀝青球用于生產(chǎn)鐵溝料，搗打料，補(bǔ)爐料，炮泥，以及鎂碳磚，以及其它耐火材料；廣泛用于高爐鐵鉤料、高爐噴補(bǔ)料、搗打料及澆注料和不定型耐火材料，碳素材料的添加劑，可起到粘結(jié)和增碳作用，調(diào)高產(chǎn)品的耐高溫，抗沖刷的能力。
