無煙煤介紹

寧夏碧源無煙煤外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，抗壓性能好，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(>50%)，有較高的含污能力，因質(zhì)輕，所需反沖洗強(qiáng)度較低，可節(jié)省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

無煙煤是煤化程度較大的煤。無煙煤固定碳含量高，揮發(fā)分產(chǎn)率低，密度大，硬度大，燃點(diǎn)高，燃燒時(shí)不冒煙。黑色堅(jiān)硬，有金屬光澤。以脂摩擦不致染污，斷口成貝殼狀，燃燒時(shí)火焰短而少煙。不結(jié)焦。一般含碳量在90%以上，揮發(fā)物在10%以下。無膠質(zhì)層厚度。熱值約7000-8000千卡/公斤。有時(shí)把揮發(fā)物含量特大的稱做半無煙煤；特小的稱做高無煙煤。

優(yōu)質(zhì)無煙煤具有含硫低、水分低、揮發(fā)低、固定碳高以及耐燒、不鏈爐、不結(jié)焦，適用各種工業(yè)鍋爐以及生活取暖所用，煤炭種類分為：粉煤、12塊煤、25塊煤、38塊煤、中炭以及大炭，可根據(jù)客戶不同鍋爐、不同使用方法為客戶推薦即適用又減少成本的種類。

無煙煤特點(diǎn)

優(yōu)質(zhì)煙煤，燃點(diǎn)高、耐燒、低灰低硫、出渣少、產(chǎn)氣快，無煙煤主要用于鏈條鍋爐、手燒鍋爐等，屬氣煤、肥煤，主產(chǎn)氣，適用于化工廠、造紙廠、化纖廠、啤酒廠、銅廠、化肥廠、磚廠及屠宰廠等等。

無煙煤用途

1、發(fā)電用煤:我國約1/3以上的煤用來發(fā)電，目前平均發(fā)電耗煤為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤370g/(kW·h)左右。電廠利用煤的熱值，把熱能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娔堋?/span>

2、蒸汽機(jī)車用煤:占動(dòng)力用煤2%左右，蒸汽機(jī)車鍋爐平均耗煤指標(biāo)為100kg/(萬噸·km)左右。

3、建材用煤:約占動(dòng)力用煤的l0%以上，以水泥用煤量較大，其次為玻璃、磚、瓦等。

4、一般工業(yè)鍋爐用煤:除熱電廠及大型供熱鍋爐外，一般企業(yè)及取暖用的工業(yè)鍋爐型號(hào)繁多，數(shù)量大且分散，用煤量約占動(dòng)力煤的30%。

5、生活用煤:生活用煤的數(shù)量也較大，約占燃料用煤的20%。

6、冶金用動(dòng)力煤:冶金用動(dòng)力煤主要為燒結(jié)和高爐噴吹用無煙煤，其用量不到動(dòng)力用煤量的1%。
