全自動平面一拖一高速口罩生產線是由秦泰盛自主研發的全自動高速平面耳帶口罩生產線，包括自動送料、自動輸送、切斷鼻梁條、口罩邊緣焊接、折疊、超聲波熔合、成型、切斷、耳帶焊接、自動出料等全程自動化，完成從卷料原材料到口罩成品的整個生產過程。

生產對象為醫用口罩主要由三層無紡布組成，外層是做了防水處理的無紡布，主要用于隔絕患者噴出的液體，中間的過濾層用的是經過駐極處理的聚丙烯熔噴無紡布；

其它要求

1.本設備驗收標準：設備組裝調試完成前一周通知供方準備好生產物料，按技術要求進行驗收，驗收合格，需方自提發貨；

2．設備驗收由供需雙方指定技術人員進行參與并簽署驗收報告；

安裝調試和培訓

由供方技術人員遠程指導需方人員進行安裝調試，調試用料由需方提供；

質量保證和售后服務

1.設備的保修期限為半年（非正常使用造成損壞及耗材除外）；

2.接到設備品質異常，供需雙方協商解決；

3.保修期滿后，供方對設備的維修收取人工和交通等費用，涉及設備相關配件的更換或購買，供方僅收取成本費用。
