YCB系列齒輪油泵適用于輸送不含固體顆粒和纖維、無腐蝕性、溫度不高于80℃、粘度為5×10～1.5×10m2/s(5～1500CST)的潤滑油或性質類似潤滑油的其他液體,以及用于液壓傳動系統。

Application Scope:

Itgives performance as tran-delivery pump or pressure booster pump in oil delivery system and it can preform as a feul pump for delivery, pressurization and injection in feul-supply system，as well it can be uesd as hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic power in hydraulic drive system. Anyhow,it can be applied as lubricating pump in all industry fields.

結構特點

YCB系列齒輪油泵主要有齒輪、軸、泵體、泵蓋、軸承套、軸端密封等組成。齒輪采用具有國際先進水平的新技術—雙圓弧正弦曲線齒形制造。它與漸開線齒輪相比最突出的是齒輪咬合過程中齒廓面沒有相對滑動，所以齒面無磨損，運轉平穩，無困液現象，噪聲低、壽命長、效率高。該泵擺脫了傳統設計的束縛，使得齒輪泵在設計、生產和使用上進入了一個新的領域。

泵設有差壓式安全閥作為超載保護，安全閥全力回流壓力為泵額定排出壓力的1.5倍。也可在允許排出壓力范圍內根據實際需要另行調整。但注意本安全閥不能作為減壓閥長期工作，需要時可在管路上另行安裝。

泵軸端密封設計為兩種形式，一種是機械密封，一種是填料密封，可根據具體使用情況和用戶要求確定。

Structure:

YCBsereis gear pump are mainly composed of gears,axles,pump body and cap,bearing sleeves and axle-end seals etc.The gears are adopted a new technology of international advanced level double circular teeth shape, wich makes the gears less wear on gear surface, stable revolution, low noise, long service life and high efficiency, due to no sliding on the teeth during gear falling-in. This kind of pump has got rid of troditional design and come into a new decade in designing and application.

The pump is designed with pressure differential type safety valve for protection against over-load, the full return flow pressure is 1.5 times bigger than the rated exhausting pressure of the pump. It can be adjusted within the allowance of exhausting pressure range in actual practice. But please note that safety valve can’t working as pressure reducing valve for long time. You may separetely install pressure reducing valve on pipe-line if needed.

There are two kinds of axle-end seals, mechanical seals and packing seals,which can be chosen according to the clients’ requirement or to actual need in practice.
