用途：
適用于設備保養(yǎng)、潤滑油、稀油、液壓油、機油、齒輪油、變速箱油、油壓油、乳化液、皂化油、水-乙二醇、磷酸酯、齒輪油、變壓器油、透平油、機械油、煤油、油漆的加注、過濾、輸送、抽吸、旁路循環(huán)過濾。
特點：
該機采用三級過濾、輕巧靈活、操作簡單、無污染。本機可有效過濾，能精細過濾油中有害機械物質(zhì)，是電力、石化、冶金機械、鐵路等行業(yè)對用油量不大的互感器、機床、油開關等設備進行加油、抽油。本機是對油液高精度除雜的設備，特別適合電力部門遠距離、高揚程加油、抽油使用。
1、濾油機在啟動時，應注意不能使油泵反轉(zhuǎn)，以免引起油泵軸封吹出導致吸入空氣。
Avoiding the possible counter rotation of the oil pump while starting the machine, otherwise it may lead to the out blown of the axle seal and entering of air.
2、濾油機在使用過程中，油泵可能吸入空氣，影響油泵流量，為了達到濾油機的額定流量以及精細濾芯的正常工作，應及時打開排氣閥，以便將濾筒中的空氣排凈（即排氣閥出油后），排完空氣之后及時關閉排氣閥。
Air might be introduced into the machine during the operation and affect the oil flow. To ensure the rated flow and normal operation of the fine filter element, the discharge valve should be opened in time to release the air until oil can be seen at the outlet of the discharge valve, then close the discharge valve closed.
3、濾油機使用一段時間后，如因污染物嚴重堵塞粗過濾濾芯表面而使吸油不暢，引起油泵噪聲過大，應停機取出濾芯清洗。
After a certain period of predation, coarse cleaner could be gradually contaminated and noise of pump might occur, you should stop the machine in order to clean the filter element.
4、精細濾芯在使用一段時間后，易被污染物逐漸堵塞，引起濾筒壓力升高，當壓力達到0.4MPa時，需及時更換精細濾芯。
Dirt might stick to the elements of fine filter, causing a rise of the pressure in the filter bowl. When the pressure hits 0.4Mpa, the elements should be the changed in time.
5、使用的吸油、出油軟管應隨時保持清潔。
The suction and oil outlet tube should always be kept clean.
6、如果濾油機抽不出油，請檢查認定：
Should the pushcart filter fail to pump oil, please check;
a、油泵轉(zhuǎn)向正確；
The rotating direction of the pump;
b、油箱至吸油口間的各零部件密封，吸油口離開油面或油液已吸完；
whether the sailings between the tank and oil inlet are properly; the oil inlet is above the oil surface or oil runs out;
c、粗濾器濾芯堵塞。
If the elements of rough filter are stuck.
7、濾油機流量減少，請檢查認定：
If the oil filter distinctly reduced, please check;
a、粗、精過濾濾芯堵塞嚴重；
whether the elements of rough and fine filters are stuck with filth.
b、油泵軸油封磨損或反轉(zhuǎn)而造成吹出。
whether an out blown of the axle seal has occurred due to wear or counter rotation.
8、過濾壓力突然下降，請檢查精細濾芯被擊穿。
If a sudden pressure drop occurs, please check whether the elements of fine filter have been damaged.
