步驟2:投放名片

關于曝光服務

分體承壓太陽能熱水系統:

該結構是在原熱水器內膽里增加換熱盤管。換熱介質在盤管內流動,通過盤管把熱量傳遞給內膽里的水。此種換熱結構的水箱在市場上占有率較高。

該結構的優點是盤管用銅管彎曲成形,防腐性能可靠,使用壽命長。缺點是:銅管的價格較貴,成本較高;由于盤管與內膽里的水接觸面積一般會小于雙層內膽結構的換熱接觸面積,因此換熱速度比雙層結構的換熱方式慢。

③控制器。控制器是整個系統的大腦,通過各個位置傳感器的電信號來控制整個系統的運行,目前有兩種形式,一種是直接安裝在水箱上的控制器,另一種為了用戶的使用方便,安裝在便于操作的衛生間或其他客戶要求的位置。

控制方式有多種,可通過溫差控制、最高溫控制、定時加熱控制等方式來調節水箱水溫。

④泵站。泵站內設置循環泵、流量指示調節器、單向閥、泄壓閥和壓力表等[2]。

循環泵一般采用屏蔽式熱水循環泵。流量指示調節器指示系統循環時的流量值,并根據流量的大小調節循環泵的轉速。單向閥能在泵停止運轉后防止倒流。泄壓閥能保證系統的安全,當系統內的壓力超過所能承受的最大值時開閥泄壓。壓力表顯示系統中的壓力值。

泵站和控制器可以組合成一體化的太陽能工作站。

⑤膨脹罐。整個系統是閉式液體循環系統,運行壓力一般設在0.6~0.8MPa。介質被加熱時會出現體積和壓力的膨脹,為了平衡容量和壓力,系統中需要使用膨脹罐。膨脹罐是一個由隔膜將氣體(一般是氮氣)與系統分成兩部分的密閉式容器,它可以吸收和容納因受熱而體積膨脹的液體,平衡系統的容積和壓力。系統冷卻時,預充氮氣的壓力將隔膜推到底部;系統升溫時,壓力增大,系統液體壓力高于預充氮氣的壓力,加熱膨脹的介質流入膨脹罐。

⑥連接管路。集熱器與貯熱水箱,還有其他部件之間的連接一般采用銅管或者PP-R管,外面包裹保溫材料減小熱損。

2 工作特點

③采用全封閉結構,貯熱水箱在室內,熱損失小。
