金雅源釉業生產的陶瓷釉料主要用于日用陶瓷、藝術陶瓷、衛生潔具陶瓷等領域。利用新科技，將傳統的液體釉料加工成為方便運輸的塊狀或粉末狀釉料，從而大大降低運輸成本。

陶瓷釉料是覆蓋在陶瓷制品表面的無色或有色的玻璃態薄層。主要作用在于：改善陶瓷制品的表面性能，使陶瓷制品表面光滑，對液體和氣體具有不參透性，不易沾污。其次可以提高陶瓷制品的機械強度、化學穩定性和熱穩定性。陶瓷釉料還可以覆蓋坯體的不良顏色和粗糙表面，提高陶瓷制品的白度和平整度，使陶瓷制品更加細膩。
