用途及特點

TL-6080電腦自動刷膠機是我公司完全自主開發的高性能設備，采用國際先進的電腦控制技術，操作非常方便，廣泛適用于皮革制品、布類及無紡布制品、紙制品、橡膠類、電子產品等多種材料的刷膠作業。

1、操作簡單，可采用示教器現場示教編程，也可在電腦上通過CAD/CORELDRAW等應用軟件編號程序后轉為PLT格式再下載到機器上，易學易懂。

2、多可四軸聯動，除前后，左右移動外，還可3維，斜面、弧面上涂膠。

3、高速度，采用橋式平臺結構，可一邊工作，一邊放料，刷膠速度是人工的5-6倍。

4、高精度，刷膠表面均勻，完全無堆膠、死膠現象。

5、膠水桶內完全密封，使膠水不會干固。減少浪費的同時也避免因干固而導致二氯乙烷、甲苯、甲醛等有毒氣體的揮發對工作環境的污染。

6、適用膠水廣泛，如白膠、黃膠（膠）、PU膠、熱熔膠等任意膠類。

7、可刷膠也可以噴膠，只需更換膠槍即可。
