河南東萬源凈水材料有限公司擁有兩條氧化鋁研磨球/耐磨高鋁襯磚生產線，月產量達1200噸。生產工藝采用等靜壓成型，部分規格小球采用人工成球法；原料選用耐磨性強的煅燒氧化鋁粉，提高了產品穩定性，降低了表面磨耗；產品煅燒溫度達1600℃以上，保溫時間10小時以上。 氧化鋁研磨球又叫高鋁陶瓷球石、氧化鋁耐磨球、惰性氧化鋁球。

氧化鋁研磨球具有硬度高、密度大、磨耗低、表面光滑、耐腐蝕等特點，是研磨釉料、坯料及各種粉末材料理想的耐研磨介質。

活性氧化鋁干燥劑在一定的操作條件和再生條件下，該產品的干燥深度高達（露點-50度以下）保持工作正常運行。

氧化鋁研磨球廣泛應用于陶瓷，水泥，涂料，耐火材料，無機礦物粉等行業的球磨機內襯與磨介。

本品可用作高氟飲水的除氟劑(除氟容量大)、烷基苯生產中循環烷烴的脫氟劑、變壓器油的脫酸再生劑、用作制氧工業、紡織工業、電子行業氣體干燥，自動化儀表風的干燥、以及在化肥、石油化工干燥等行業作干燥劑、凈化劑，在空分行業變壓吸附露點可達-55度。是一種微量水深度干燥的干燥劑。非常適用于無熱再生裝置。

2、運輸與裝卸：氧化鋁球在運輸過程中，不得用鐵鉤拖拽，應防止與堅硬物質混裝，不可強烈振動、磨擦、踩、砸，嚴禁拋擲，應輕裝輕卸，以減少包裝破碎，影響使用。
3、儲存：應儲存于陰涼干燥處，防止內外包裝袋破裂，防止受潮和其它物質，影響使用效果、存放要遠離污染源。
