SSC型離心機是一種三足式、刮刀下部卸料、間歇操作的沉降設(shè)備。轉(zhuǎn)鼓無孔，在離心力場作用下，較重的固相物沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁形成沉渣層，輕相物形內(nèi)層液環(huán)，澄清后的內(nèi)層液相物可翻過攔液板溢流出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，也可用撇液管在運轉(zhuǎn)中引出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，固相物則降速后用刮料器刮落從離心機下部卸出。適合分離含固相物顆粒細(xì)、粘度大、濃度低、過濾介質(zhì)再生困難、固相物比重大于液相物的懸浮液。廣泛用于化工、輕工、食品、制藥、冶金等行業(yè)。
