1、旋出方向度調整容易，不需要更換風管及開關，只需扳手輕松調整，節省時間。
Direction degree of screw out can be adjusted easily .No air pipes and switches are exchanged necessarily. This adjustm ent may be carried out simply by a spanner .Therefore ,it is time saving.
2、換模方式非常方便快捷，只需把手松開，全機可旋轉，提升換模的效率。
Dies can be exchanged very quickly and easily .As long as you release your hand ,entire machine can rotate so that exchange efficiency is improved.

輕型橫走式機械手Light weight sidle robots

TYA系列適用于250噸至50噸臥式注塑機的產品和水口取出，有單截式和倍速機構雙截式，可選購橫行驅動方式，氣動（無桿氣缸）驅動，雙頻馬達驅動，伺服馬達驅動。
TA series are applicable to horixontal injection mold machine between 50~250(including take out of products and down spout). There are single load model and double -load model with multispeed mechanism .Optional drive mode includes sidle drive , pneumatic (cylinder with no piston rod ) drive , Frequency conversion motor drive and servo motor drive .

使用機械手的優勢

1、安全性高。用人手進入模內取產品，如果注塑機故障或誤按鍵造成合模，有夾傷手之危險，使用機械手右確保安全。

2、節省人工。機械手取出產品放置在輸送帶上，只需一人看管或一人同時看管兩臺注塑機，可節省人工（若整廠規劃更節?。?/span>

3、提率和品質。例如：人工取出產品一天約為1000模，使用機械手可再提高500模，即使用機械手一天約1500模左右。若客戶廠內成型為自動脫模，有時產品頂出2-3次，時間延長會影響生產效率，且產品掉落，會產生刮傷、沾到油污，產生不良品。

4、延長注塑機壽命。人員取出產品需關閉安全門，會造成注塑機壽命減短、損壞，影響生產。使用機械手不需再開安全門。

5、降低產品不良率。剛成型產品溫度過高，人員取出產品會造成手痕，產生不良品。因機械手使用使用特別治具取出，所以不會傷到產品。

6、即防模具損壞。人員有時會忘了取產品，合模造成模具損壞，機械手若未取出產品，會自動警報停機，不會傷到模具。

7、節省原料，降低成本。人員出產品時間不定，會造成產品縮水、變型（料管若過火，需重新注塑會浪費原料。）因機械手取出的時間固定，所以品質穩定。

8、節省人力。使用機械手，水口與產品可自動分開放置，不需要再挑選，可節省人力，若用隨機粉碎機自動抽到料桶內，可更節省時間和原料。
