無煙煤介紹

無煙煤主要用途為火力發電及水泥生產和居民生活。無煙煤是燃燒時無煙而得名。無煙煤外觀呈灰黑色，帶有金屬光澤，無明顯條帶。在各種煤中，它的揮發分較低，真密度較大，硬度較高，燃點高達360~410度以上。無煙煤主要用作民用和發燃料，制造合成氨的原料，制造炭電極、電極糊和活性炭等炭素材料的原料，以及煤氣發生爐造氣的燃料等。無煙煤當然也可以用于燒制水泥。熱值高（高位發熱量7200大卡），低硫，低灰，低水分，耐燒而不結焦，易清理，特別適用于鋁廠反射爐，軋鋼廠，打鐵，食品廠。

無煙煤用途

1.無煙煤塊煤主要應用是化肥（氮肥、合成氨）、陶瓷、制造鍛造等行業；

2.無煙粉煤主要應用在冶金行業用于高爐噴吹（高爐噴吹煤主要包括無煙煤、貧煤、瘦煤和氣煤）；

3.無煙煤主要用于鏈條鍋爐、手燒鍋爐等，屬氣煤、肥煤，主產氣；

4.無煙煤適用于化工廠、造紙廠、化纖廠、啤酒廠、銅廠、化肥廠、磚廠及屠宰廠等等。

5.大塊無煙煤主要用于化工行業造氣，生產氮肥和甲醇等。

在回轉窯窯頭燃燒器上使用無煙煤要點

1.煤粉能達到足夠的符合要求的細度，以保證燃燒和火焰形成。

2.控制可靠穩定的煤粉喂料。

3.燃燒器的一次分必須具有足夠的推動力并可調節。

4.燃燒器必須能夠在燃燒帶產生有充分內部循環空氣的火焰，以保證無煙煤盡快點燃。

5.在啟動冷窯或窯況不正常時利用煙煤或燃油輔助燃燒。
